Free shipping on orders ₹999 and above. Orders are shipped within 3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) — since every tee is printed to order, we need that time to produce it before it ships.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–4 days depending on your location. We'll send tracking details by email and WhatsApp as soon as your order is on its way.

A few things worth knowing:

• Deliveries are OTP-verified — you'll need to share the OTP sent to you to receive your parcel
• If a parcel arrives damaged, please reject it at the door or record an unboxing video — this makes any replacement claim faster to resolve
• If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, let us know within 48 hours
• Orders lost in transit are fully refunded or replaced, your choice

Every tee is printed to order specifically for you, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind or an incorrect size chosen at checkout — please check the size chart before ordering.

We'll replace the item or refund you in full if:

• The product has a manufacturing defect — wrong size, damaged fabric, or a print/stitching flaw
• It arrives more than 7 working days after the estimate, without us telling you in advance
• The design or print doesn't match what you ordered
• The print size is more than 15% off from what was shown at checkout

To claim: email hello@whitenights.store or message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery, with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and — for sizing concerns — a photo of the garment next to a measuring tape. We'll sort it out directly with you, no need to contact anyone else.

We can't guarantee it — every tee is printed to order, and production can start soon after you place it. If you need to cancel or change something, message us as soon as possible at hello@whitenights.store or WhatsApp with your order number. We'll check directly with our production partner — if your order hasn't gone into production yet, we'll cancel or update it; if it has, we won't be able to. The sooner you reach out, the better your chances.

We don't have a physical store or pickup point at the moment — every order is shipped to your address.
